When I became a member of a Home Owners Association (HOA) for the first time and started to attend Board of Directors meetings, I realized that community members were not getting important and / or accurate information.

I created this site initially to provide my HOA community (Legacy Parc South) members with insights and information that I hoped they would find helpful.

I have since added other neighboring communities as part of a data analysis project.
